A5 – EPC Project Management training

Designed to acquire the knowledge required for the execution of EPC projects through simulated projects.

Offshore wind EPC project management training, developed by ENNA. You will be guided by an experienced professional manager. We’ll teach you how to go about the whole project, how to handle unforeseen circumstances, and other practical matters that will help you to prepare for the actual project. You will gain useful knowledge to carry out the real offshore wind project.

”On-Site” is a hands-on training program that is unique to Nagasaki, which has actual sea areas.

We are planning to visit offshore wind turbines and their installation vessels, have an exchange meeting with fishermen who live in harmony with offshore wind turbines in Goto, acquire data using offshore floating observation equipment and experience ROV operation, etc.

<Schedule>

Day 1: 9am-5pm (followed by a social event in the Academy. (Drinks and light refreshments will be provided)
Day 2: 9am – 4pm.
Day 3 (on-site program): It will vary from time to time, but the program will be held from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a visit from Nagasaki City to Goto City and ending in Nagasaki City.

Target Participant

Project managers, members of construction and construction managers of EPC contractors, construction companies, subcontractors, etc. Project managers and construction phase staff of business development companies.

Goal

To understand the knowledge required to plan and control all operations over the lifecycle of EPC project, from award to completion, and the key control points for each phase.

You will gain useful knowledge to carry out the real offshore wind project.
We also provide a workshop that utilizes a VR system to learn more about each component of the offshore wind turbine and learn about the hazards and the risks of offshore work.

The tour will depart from the Ohato Ferry Terminal in Nagasaki City, visit Gotō, and then return to Nagasaki City, where it will be dismissed around 3:00 pm. Details will be posted on the website as they are confirmed.
