NOA is an academy where you can intensively learn in a short period of time about business knowledge including market trends, players, business environment, related law, etc. and basic knowledge of technology including measurement technology, marine engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction technology, etc. In addition, you can experience the actual environment through on-site inspections and offshore inspections which is quite unique to Nagasaki.

In order to create and promote a new marine industry, we have created a place for learning, interacting and experiencing offshore wind power generation. We call on Japanese companies and research institutions that are interested in offshore wind power to participate widely, and create opportunities for them to learn and interact together.
