On Friday, June 19, we had the pleasure of welcoming visitors from Brazil who are involved in a floating offshore wind power project and guiding them around Goto. In the morning, we exchanged views on the outline of the project. In the afternoon, despite the unfortunate rainy weather, the visitors toured Kazeterasu, Goto’s No. 1 floating offshore wind turbine, and seemed to be very satisfied with the visit. We hope that this occasion will lead to future opportunities for collaboration in some form between Brazilian and Japanese research and development projects.
