Under this project, we will develop two new programs: an O&M Course and an Introductory E-learning Course, both scheduled to launch in FY2027.
The O&M Course will provide participants with a comprehensive introduction to offshore wind operations and maintenance, with a focus on the knowledge required to support safe, stable, and long-term operations in the challenging offshore environment. The course will also cover O&M practices and trends in Japan and overseas, as well as relevant Japanese laws and regulations.
The Introductory E-learning Course will be developed by restructuring the content of our A0 Half-day Introductory Course into six to ten online modules, each approximately 20 to 30 minutes in length. Through this new e-learning platform, we aim to make our training more accessible to those who have previously found it difficult to attend the Academy due to geographical or time constraints.
By expanding access to learning opportunities, we hope to contribute to the further development of skilled professionals across the offshore wind industry.
We look forward to welcoming you to these new courses in FY2027. Please stay tuned for further updates.
