At the request of the Engineering Advancement Association of Japan (ENAA), we organized the “ENAA Study Tour 2026 in Goto and Nagasaki” on October 22–23, 2026, with 20 participants.

Unfortunately, due to adverse weather conditions caused by Typhoon No. 30, the offshore wind turbine site visit scheduled for October 22 was canceled. Instead, Mr. Ushigami, General Manager at Toda Corporation, and Mr. Tanoue, Executive Managing Director at E-WIND, gave presentations on the development and installation of floating offshore wind turbines, as well as their operation and maintenance (O&M).

On October 23, the participants traveled to Nagasaki, where they toured NOA TRAINING, guided by Mr. Matsuo, President of NaMICPA and Director of NOA TRAINING.
