The Nagasaki Marine Industry Cluster Promotion Association (NaMICPA), a non-profit organization that operates the Nagasaki Ocean Academy, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with UTokyo International collaborative research organization on floating offshore wind energy and related technologies (UT-FloWIND).
The MOU aims to promote collaboration in floating offshore wind energy and related technologies by leveraging the expertise, human resources, and research facilities of both organizations.
